PHOTOMONTAGE CGI

When you take a photo and add a 3D or CGI element in it, in order to show something which is not there, you can say this is a photomontage. A sort of composite 3D rendering for want of a better concept! We provide just that with our 3d visualisation services,  which we can do this for both still and using moving footage.

The first step for us as a 3D design agency, creating any sort of photorealistic 3D visualization or CGI, is to set up our 3D scene, with the original Architectural photo and to create a 3D camera which matches the original camera used. We use a technique called camera-matching.

Once we have done this, we then create a 3D model of the 3D architectural element, as in a 3D house, or in the case of an interior photomontage, models of the furniture or objects to add.

We then allow you to look at the 3D work in progress so that you can see what we have been creating and give us any thoughts or comments.

In the end, we will have a 3D property rendering, which is photoreal and looks like the designed building is seamlessly integrated into the photo. The same can be done to create a realistic interior rendering.

This is all part of creating 3D visuals and animation for any real estate 3d rendering services we offer. In the end you will have a 3d property rendering which shows what the finished build or addition would look like. Additionally, if you need architectural photos, we can get these done for you as part of our 3D animation studio service.
